Guelph Humane Society’s Happy Tails Gala: Moonlight Midway Raises $115,000 to Help Vulnerable Animals
GUELPH, ON. (November 17, 2025) — The Guelph Humane Society (GHS) is pleased to announce that the 2025 Happy Tails Gala: Moonlight Midway raised $115,000 net to support vulnerable animals across Guelph and Wellington County. Proudly presented by title sponsor, GoWylde Real Estate, this year’s gala welcomed 245 guests for an evening that celebrated animals, community generosity and the lifesaving work made possible through donor support.

Guelph Humane Society encourages people to adopt a pet in need during PetSmart Charities of Canada National Adoption Week
July 24, 2025 (Guelph, ON) – Pets are family, and can bring hope, companionship and unconditional love to their people. Adopting a pet in need of a home can also impact communities, alleviating strain on overcrowded shelters. That’s why the Guelph Humane Society (GHS) will bring adoptable pets to PetSmart at 183 Silvercreek Parkway in Guelph Monday July 21st until Sunday, July 27th for PetSmart Charities of Canada® National Adoption Week, taking place July 21 – 27. GHS aims to find homes for more than 20 kittens and cats during the event.
