Registration for 2026 Summer Critter Camp is open!
Due to increased interest we have added a 10th week of camp for grades 1-3!
Join the Guelph Humane Society this July and August for Summer Critter Camp! Camp runs from 9:00am – 4:00pm and includes tons of fun-filled, animal-themed programming! Through games, crafts, presentations, guest speakers, and with the help of some special 4-legged friends, campers will learn all about the Guelph Humane Society, proper animal care, animal behaviour, how to live with wildlife, how they can help animals in our community, and so much more!
The cost of one week of Critter Camp is $350. Our Summer Camp is offered for youth entering grades 1-3 and grades 4-6 based on the grade your child will be entering in September. Weeks alternate between the two age groups.

- June 29 – July 3 (Grades 1-3)*
- July 6 – July 10 (Grades 4-6) – FULL
- July 13 – July 17 (Grades 1-3) – FULL
- July 20 – July 24 (Grades 4-6) – FULL
- July 27 – July 31 (Grades 1-3) – 3 spots left
- Aug 3 – Aug 7 (Grades 4-6)*
- Aug 10 – Aug 14 (Grades 1-3) – 1 spot left
- Aug 17 – Aug 21 (Grades 4-6) – FULL
- Aug 24 – Aug 28 (Grades 1-3) – FULL
- Aug 31 – Sept 4 (Grades 1-3)

Before and After Care:
Camp runs from 9:00 am-4:00 pm. Before and after care is available between the hours of 8:00am to 9:00am and 4:00pm to 5:00pm at a cost of $10 per child, per hour of before or after care. If you require before and/or after care, please complete your camp booking first.

Spaces available for before and after care are limited. If you require last minute before or after care arrangements, please email programs@guelphhumane.ca to ensure your child’s spot. Last-minute arrangements for before or after care may be subject to an additional charge and are not guarenteed.
Refund Policy:
Please be advised that once you have registered your child for Critter Camp, there is a portion of your payment that is non-refundable. Any refund or exchange requested prior to May 31st 2026, at 10:00am will be subject to a 20% administration fee. After said time, refunds will be issued at the discretion of The Guelph Humane Society Incorporated. Please ensure your order is correct before submitting.
Please note:
- Children should NOT bring cell phones, iPod, iPads or fidget devices with them to Summer Critter Camp
- Our facility is NOT peanut free
