I have always been a crazy dog mom who was never even remotely compelled to adopting a cat… that was until I fell in love with this grumpy faced diabetic senior who had me visiting GHS daily… I was new to feline diabetes & the cat mom life, but Paisley and I are super happy with the addition of his cat brother. After only 6 short weeks and extreme consistency, we are happy to report Max is on his way towards Diabetic remission (fingers crossed & knock on wood). Permanent judgy face aside, he is such a love & it has been amazing to watch his personality develop as he gets more comfortable with us. ❤️ We love Maximus!
