I adopted Cleo in late September. I was looking for a cat who wanted a quiet home and I had seen her pop up on the website a few times.
I was expecting a bit of a shy cat who took a long time to open up but she definitely adjusted much faster than I thought she would!
Within a week, Cleo was sleeping with me every night, having discussions with me and rolling over for belly rubs. She loves pets and has written multiple sentences on my computer (I like to think she’s trying to help me finish my assignments). She’s a very happy cat who likes playing with her collection of toys and then relaxing on a pile of pillows.
I am very thankful to the awesome staff at the GHS who went through my application as well as her awesome foster mom who answered all my questions during our virtual meeting and took such great care of Cleo.
