Back in August of 2014, I became obsessed with a kitten posted all over Guelph Humane Society’s social media. In a strange turn of events, I fell in love with his sister when I went to meet him. I ended up adopting HER (then named Shanti). This little kitten was one of the bravest, friendliest cats I’d ever met. We renamed her Veronica Mars but, somehow, she’s Bean now. While she was short-haired when adopted her, she’s puffed out significantly. She now lives in an apartment with her elderly cat friend (Baby). Bean is vocal and friendly. We cherish her and are so happy to have her in our lives.
