I adopted Addy 6 years ago. I was searching GHS’s website when I saw my name “Adele.” I wondered why my name was there and saw a tiny scared-looking cat named “Adele.” I called my friend and we went to see Adele. I fell in love with her immediately and I think she with me too. My husband went to meet her and to be interviewed. He asked how old she was and was told, not quite 2, and her birthday is about March 14. My birthday is March 14 as well! Was this not a match made in heaven? She is my best friend, friendly, gentle, a cuddler, loves to watch the birds outside, loves Blue Jays baseball games, tells time, and is an all-around wonderful companion.
