Hi there, I’m Charles!
Where to start, there are just so many exciting things I want to share with you!
I’m a very loving & loyal boy, and I love my people very much. It’s so much fun to go on walks together, especially when there are a lot of smells. Snow is AMAZING, it’s one of my favourite things right now. You can roll in it, dig, and play with snow balls! I like to catch them in my mouth so the snow explodes, you should try it some time, you don’t know what you’re missing. I would really enjoy somewhere with a fenced in backyard where I can have my own play yard. How much fun would that be, my own supply of snow!
I already mentioned that I love my people very much, and my foster family is helping me to become the best, most confident Charles I can be. With my friends at my side, it helps me feel more confident to try new things. I can be a little anxious, and it takes me a little bit to warm up to new people and places. It’s worth the wait because once I do, we’re best buds and I just want to be by your side!
We can all agree that I’m a beautiful boy, and this beautiful boy loves his attention. With a face like mine, it’s hard not to give me pets. I especially love chin scratches….and belly scratches….and I also LOVE my food, and will do anything for a treat. Do you have one now???
With all this love I have to give, I prefer to be the only pet in the home. I can have all those pets and treats to myself! Even outside I’m a little unsure when I see other animals, but my Foster Mom has been helping me and says I’ve been doing a great job.
Now, sometimes when I’m stressed my tummy hurts, so I am on some special feeding requirements that help me feel like the best version of myself. I also take some oral meds to help with that, and I take them like a pro – I told you, I love treats!
I’m a very smart boy, and I know a lot of commands and tricks. I would love to show you sometime! I hope my new future family is reading this, and is as excited as I am to meet you for my #HappyTail. Save some scratches for me!
