I was ready to adopt a kitten in the fall of 2019 and while looking through available cats, I noticed three adorable black kittens at a satellite location. I went to the location to meet the kittens and Chai and I connected instantly. Within 24 hours, he came home with me.
Since then, Chai has bonded with his step-brother, who is 10 years older than him. They play and chase each other like step-siblings would. Chai has a bit of a sinus blockage, that causes him to cough often, but it doesn’t stop him from being a little rascal! He runs around the house all day, meows his little heart out at breakfast time and likes to look out the window at birds. He loves treats and belly rubs, and from time to time, he’ll enjoy a little snuggle with mom. He loves meeting new animal friends, but when humans come to visit, he hides under the bed.
