Come by the Guelph Humane Society Saturday August 24th for an cat-option event! Our Superb Seniors (8+yrs) will have a $50 adoption fee, and adult cats (1-6yrs) will be $100.

We have so many beautiful, sweet cats waiting for to find their happy “tail” – could you be the one to take them home?

Join the Guelph Humane Society on Sunday August 11th  at PetSmart for our Adoption Event! We have a variety of animals, and our Adoption Coordinator will be on-site from 11am – 4pm, and she’d love to help you find the new furry love of your life!

Party in the Park is happening again this year at Rockmosa Park!

This is a FREE event – for admission and all activities!

Thursday August 1, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Activities will end at 9:30 p.m., just in time for fireworks!

Thank you for your support of the Guelph Humane Society, and the animals that we protect. In March, we asked you to reach out to your MPP to let them know how important it is that animals in Guelph and Wellington County continued to be protected, despite the OSPCA’s withdrawal from enforcement. We are happy to share that your voice was heard – you were the voice for the animals, who have no one else.

The Ontario Government has proposed an amendment to the Ontario SPCA Act (Bill 117), which if passed, would enable our organization to continue the enforcement work we are already doing to protect animals in Guelph and Wellington County. This temporary legislative measure will keep animals safe in the interim, while a more robust, transparent and accountable animal protection system can be developed for Ontario. This is what you asked for!
