It has been INCREDIBLE having our volunteers back in the shelter. It makes such a difference to the animals have more people around to love them.
Did you know we also have volunteers who contribute in other ways outside of the shelter? Monica is one of those people. She works in graphic design (hence the “doodle” of herself), and has been using her skills to help GHS in many ways – including the redesign of volunteer badges, t-shirt designs, and the design of our variety show and 50/50 Lottery postcard that recently went out in the mail.
Monica says, “I had grown up with cats and animals all my life, and always had an interest in finding ways that I can help out the local shelters. It occurred to me that through my graphic design skills, I can provide aid in marketing! It gives me great joy that I can lend a hand at helping animals find their #happytails, as well as provide aid to local shelters for further support.”
