We were looking for a mature kitty and saw Raven (age 10) on your website. She was at the Petsmart for a special adoption day so we drove over from Waterloo. Raven was timid but a very sweet girl.
She wasn’t happy with being in the cardboard carrier or the car ride and managed to claw her way out before we had left Guelph. I held her for the whole trip and gripping her tightly, carried her into her new home.
It took her awhile to warm up to us but before long she became a much loved family member. She had probably never seen a dog before but she became friends with our 80 pound collie/shepherd. It will be 3 years in August that Raven came to live with us.
