I adopted Pippin on May 1st 2021, and I am so, so happy that this little guy has come into my life! He’s the first pet that I’ve ever had that is completely my own, and I’ll admit that I’ve been spoiling him – but I don’t think he minds! He took about two weeks to really warm up to me and my house. He spent so much time hiding that I was convinced he would never like me! But of course, he came around, and has been showing me more and more of his adorable and quirky personality every day! He meets me right at the bottom of the stairs to my apartment every day when I come home from work, and chirps at me until I pick him up and give him some much needed chin scratches. He loves to sit on me in bed and cuddle in the mornings, because he knows that the sooner he does that, the sooner he gets breakfast! He’s been an absolute joy to have in my life, thank you so much GHS!
