We brought Cinnamon home in November. She came home with some anxiety struggles, but now that she has settled into the space and routine, she knows she is in charge of the house! She has her own “catwalk” climbing space where she can supervise her humans, has dedicated “hunting” (play) time every evening, and puzzle toys at meals to keep her mind busy. When she’s really feeling bored she knows that her adorable signature Cinnamon “Roll” is sure to draw all the attention in the room! Cinnamon is super clever so she is clicker training as well. She can already sit, come, high five, and jump up, down, and over things when asked, as long as she knows that the treats are nearby. She is super chatty with lots of different sounds, and uses her “meow” and “mrrr” to tell us exactly when to get her food or make space in our laps. She loves cuddle time, and always sits on mom for meditation time in the morning (she’s pretty sure it’s all about her). Things still get a little scary when there is a loud windy day or something is out of routine, but then she seeks out our cuddles to help her feel safe. Cinnamon fits perfectly with our family, and we are so happy to have found her!
