I adopted Bam Bam about a month ago now. I am so so glad I did. He is the best dog anyone could ever ask for! I’ve been interested in adopting a senior animal for quite some time. When my family and I went to just “look” we saw Mr. Bam Bam. He was such a good little man and he stole our hearts. Started the paperwork right away! He has come quite the way since being home. Bam Bam was very toy and food aggressive at the beginning. He now plays fetch (when he wants) and sometimes even walks away from his food!!! He is the sweetest little snuggle bug around. He enjoys his walks of course but much prefers chasing squirrels in the backyard. This last week.. he has had CONSTANT zoomies! Bam Bam is quite the comedian. If you’re not awake at the exact *right* time to feed him his breakfast… he will patiently wait and snuggle until he’s had enough… then, he paws (as gently as a 25 pound guy can) and jumps around like “Hey human, I’ve waited allllllllll night… FEED ME PLZ!” He usually goes back to sleep right after. He has been such a joy since day 1 and I can’t wait for all of our adventures we will have. Thank you to the Guelph Humane Society (and fosters) for caring for Bam Bam until he was able to come to his fur-ever home with me. ❤
