Kenzie has adjusted very nicely. She spent the first week hiding and sleeping. We kept the house as quiet as possible during the first week. During this adjustment period we would all take turns taking her out of her hiding spot, petting her and giving her a treat before we let her run off to hide. The second week she began to hide less and meow. By the end of the second week she was playing with the feathers on a stick we bought her and chasing the string we would pull around the house. Kenzie has been a wonderful distraction, helping us heal after losing our cat, Moe.
