Willy was surrendered to GHS by a loving man who found him at the side of the road. Willy weighed only 26lbs, had two cherry eyes and wounds in his leg. The GHS team got him the medical attention he needed and he was ready to adopt. He was featured on the GHS’ weekly spot on Rogers showing available animals and my Mom called me immediately. “You have to see this poor boy” she said. So I took the day off work ,packed up my kids and my other bulldog and we drove 2 hours to meet him. It was love at first sight. He just wanted to be next to my Lulu and nuzzled right into her neck. 3.5 years later and Willy is a happy boy. We couldn’t imagine our family without him!
