Our GHS Adoption Coordinator will be on site with some feline friends and will be running an adoption event\, giving you the chance to do some yoga\, help a great cause and hopefully find the new furry love of your life! \nVisit the Facebook Event Page \nFrom the organizer: \nWe are so excited to be partnering with the Guelph Humane Society(GHS) for this class and adoption event. GHS will be bringing an assortment of kittens and adult cats who are looking to find their Happy “Tails” with a loving family and together we will enjoy a relaxing Yoga class. Yes – that means if you fall in love with a feline friend\, you can take them home with you! We will be raising funds to go towards the care of the animals at GHS\, so we ask all participants to bring a minimum $5 donation to class\, which Loyobo will happily match. The class will be open to all fitness levels and no previous yoga experience is required. \nThis class is part of our Friday Happy Hour series\, which features a different class every week! DESCRIPTION:Looking for a way to recycle and repurpose some of your household items? On Saturday June 29th\, Guelph Tool Library is holding Re:Purpose Fest! \nGently used sheets\, towels\, fleece blankets\, towels\, flat sheets\, knitted blankets\, baby blankets will be collected on behalf of the Guelph Humane Society. \nFor a more detailed list of things you can bring\, look here! This event will be collecting 20 different items for recycling and repurposing\, and items will benefit a variety of local organizations. \nFrom the organizer: \nWe have partnered with GNSC and Two Rivers Neighborhood Group for a community BBQ and recycling festival. Generously sponsored by The Cooperators\, we’ll be repurposing and recycling items like car seats\, VHS tapes\, luggage\, mascara wands\, old bedding and more.
