We will have a variety of cats available for adoption in a safe\, COVID-friendly environment. Receive $100 worth of food to bring home with your new furry friend!* \nIf you plan on joining us\, please keep in mind the following: \n1) You must bring a mask and a cat carrier (so you can bring your feline friend home). We hope you’ll have your cell phone on hand too as we don’t want too many people waiting in line. \n2) Check out our available cats <below or at https://ghs.rain-digital.ca/adopt/available-animals/ > and if one stands out to you\, please ensure you read all of its information. If you are interested in a kitty (or 2)\, please fill out an EOI form below\, this does not guarantee adoption\, however\, it simplifies your adoption process. \n3) We will be doing 15-minute meet and greets with up to 2 cats of your choice. This will allow you a chance to ask questions and see the cat’s purrsonality firsthand! \n4) It is a “first come\, first serve” style of event. It is Canada’s  biggest and best-attended animal welfare conference. \nIn order to comply with national and provincial health regulations\, Humane Canada cancelled the in-person seventh annual National Animal Welfare Conference\, which was set to take place in Victoria\, BC March 28 – 31. \nWe didn’t want to miss the opportunity to provide you with a fantastic conference program\, and the good news is that we are going to host NAWC online this spring! \nRegistration will be FREE for anyone who had purchased a registration pass for the conference in Victoria. We will also have a paid registration option for anyone who is interested in participating in our online conference.
