The Guelph Humane Society will have some incredible kittens\, adult cats and even some rabbits and guinea pigs available to adopt at the PetSmart Adoption Event for National Adoption Week!\n\n\n\nWhere: PetSmart 183 Silvercreek Pkwy N. in Guelph. (in the north end of Guelph)\n\n\n\nWhen: Monday\, October 20th to Sunday\, October 26th\n\n\nThe GHS Team will be facilitating onsite\, same-day adoptions Monday-Friday from 4pm until 6pm (except for no adoption hours held on Wednesday\, October 23rd)\, Saturday-Sunday from 11am until 5pm.\n\n\n\n\nAdoption fees:\n$300.00 for kittens\n$550.00 for a pair of kittens\n$225.00 for adults\n$100.00 for seniors\n$160.00 for rabbits\n$25.00 for guinea pigs\n$35.00 for a pair of guinea pigs\n\nPlus\, licensing fees where applicable. All cats\, kittens and rabbits are spayed or neutered with up to date vaccines before day of adoption.

DESCRIPTION:On Saturday\, October 18th\, from 10 am – 2 pm\, participants of the Youth Apprenticeship Program will be collecting pet food donations for the GHS Pet Food Bank. Volunteers will be accepting donations at GHS\, located at 190 Hanlon Creek Blvd.\n\nThe GHS Cares Pet Food Bank aims to reduce pressures on families by providing a consistent\, reliable source of healthy food for pets in their care\, and ultimately\, keeping more pets and people together. Currently\, the GHS Pet Food Bank supports over 350 pets every single month. The community can access food at GHS directly or at one of our distribution partners\, including Chalmers Centre\, Hope House\, the Sanguen Health Centre Mobile Community Health Van\, Centre Wellington Food Bank\, Arthur Food Bank\, and the Palmerston Food Bank.
